Refund policy
Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Starting a Return
To start a return, please contact us at info.floorsofa@gmail.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Once your return request is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how to send your package. Please note that returns must be sent to the following address:

Return Shipping Costs & Import Duties
Return shipping costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide return shipping labels. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Important Note on International Returns: Because returns are shipped to our workshop in Turkey, any import duties, customs fees, or taxes incurred upon the return of the item to Turkish Customs are the sole responsibility of the customer. These charges will be calculated upon arrival and strictly deducted from your final refund amount.
Refused Deliveries & Undeliverable Packages
If a shipment is refused by the customer upon delivery, or returned to us due to an undeliverable address provided at checkout, this does not bypass our return policy.
In such cases, the customer will be responsible for:

The original shipping costs,

Any return shipping fees charged by the courier (e.g., UPS),

Any applicable import taxes or duties incurred when the package re-enters Turkey.
All these costs will be deducted from your final refund amount.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. We strictly do not accept returns for custom products. This includes:

Special orders and personalized items.

Custom dimensions or specific fabric requests.

Structural modifications, such as foam density upgrades (e.g., Premium+ Foam upgrades).
Once a custom modification or upgrade is applied to an order, it becomes uniquely tailored to you and is therefore non-returnable. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If no issues are found, the refund will be processed immediately.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
