Questions
Is the 2D layout really free?
Yes. The layout costs nothing and you are not committed to buying.
How long does a custom set take?
We sew and prepare a custom set in 2 business days after you approve the layout. It then ships free by UPS Express, about 3 business days to most U.S. addresses.
Can I change my order after I approve?
Tell us as soon as you can. Once the fabric is cut to your plan, some changes may not be possible.
What does shipping to the U.S. cost?
Nothing. We ship free by UPS Express, and duties and taxes are already included in the price, so you pay $0 at your door.
Can I see the fabric first?
Yes. Ask us on WhatsApp or by email for close-up photos or a short video of any fabric.
