Thank you for visiting and shopping at Floorsofa.co. The following terms and conditions outline our shipping policy.


Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional time in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay, we will contact you via email.


Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery time:

  • Europe: 3–5 business days

  • USA / Canada: 3–5 business days

  • Rest of the world: 3–5 business days

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs or carrier issues.


Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s).
Tracking information will be active within 24–48 hours.


Customs, Duties and Taxes

Floorsofa.co is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applied to your order.
All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (including tariffs, taxes, etc.).


Damaged or Lost Packages

Floorsofa.co is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.
If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.


Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the reshipping cost will be charged to the customer.
