I've never shopped with you before. How do I know I can trust you, and that the sofa will look like the photos? Fair question. Floorsofa.co is run by ARASTA LLC, a company registered in Georgia, USA since 2021, and our family has been in the furniture business in Türkiye for nearly 70 years. We have over 700 customer reviews, many with photos of sets in real homes, so you can see exactly how it looks in real rooms: read the reviews. If you'd like, message us on WhatsApp and we'll send you real videos of the set you're interested in.
I live in the U.S. Where does it ship from, how long does it take, and are shipping, customs and taxes included? Your set ships from our workshop in Istanbul, Türkiye, straight to your door by UPS Express. We prepare and pack it in 1–2 business days, and the estimated delivery date is shown on the product page before you order. Shipping, U.S. customs duties and taxes are all included in the price, so the price you see is the price you pay, with nothing extra due at your door.
Are these comfortable for everyday use, like watching TV and lying down for a few hours? Will the foam go flat over time? Yes, they're made for everyday living: sitting, lounging, movie nights and naps. The cushions use high-density foam that gives you support while still feeling comfortable, and it's chosen to hold its shape with daily use. For everyday sitting and lying down we recommend our 8-inch cushions, which give the best balance of support and softness.
I love the sets, but I'm hesitant to buy a sofa online without sitting on it. How can you make the decision easier? We completely understand. Order our Sample Box for $35 and feel the real fabrics and foam at home first. If you then order a sofa set of $850 or more, the full $35 is applied toward your order. Standard sets also come with our 30-day return window, so you can decide in your own space.
What foam do you use, and how do I know the cushions will keep their shape in a couple of years? We use high-density foam selected for comfort, support and durability. Density is only part of it; the right balance of firmness and resilience is what keeps a cushion looking and feeling good over time. Tell us which set you're considering and we'll gladly share its exact specifications. And if anything ever arrives damaged, contact us and we'll make it right.
I've seen similar floor sofas for less on other sites. What makes yours different? The biggest difference is that our price is the full price: shipping, U.S. customs duties and taxes are already included, so there are no surprise fees at delivery. On top of that you get high-density foam, removable and machine-washable covers, a free custom layout for your room, fast UPS Express shipping and a 30-day return window. We focus on lasting value, not just the lowest sticker price.
My living room isn't a standard size. Can you make a custom L-shaped set for me, and does it cost extra? Yes, we can design the layout around your room. Send us your measurements on our custom order page and we'll send you a free 2D layout within 24 hours, together with the exact price for your approval before you order. The price depends on the size and number of pieces. Because custom pieces are made to your measurements, they can't be returned.
